RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS

Reservations can be made online (reservas@chic-rentals.com) or by phone (+34 91 011 72 40). Through our website you can choose the apartment you want and make your reservation by filling in the form with your personal data. At that time, the corresponding percentage of the total of the apartment must be paid (this% will depend on the chosen apartment and can be made (by card or Paypal). Immediately, and automatically, the computer system will send you a confirmation email) said reservation 48 hours later you will receive a second e-mail from our offices in which you will be informed of the complete details of the apartment, as well as all the information related to your check in.

The rest of the payment must be made upon arrival at the apartment, being possible to do so both in cash and by card. Payment by card will have no extra cost. Chic Rentals cannot accept payments with American Express cards.

In exceptional cases, payment can be made via bank transfer, provided that the net amount is received (the transfer cost is paid by the customer). Once this transfer is made, you must send us the receipt of the same via mail.

We inform you that, upon arrival, you must show the person in charge of checking in the documentation with which your reservation was made. We will not allow access to the apartment without such documentation.

In case the person who made the reservation and the one who receives the keys of the apartment are not the same, they must inform us in advance and the latter must present a photocopy of the documentation of the person who made the reservation.





SECURITY DAMAGE DEPOSIT

As a security, and for reservations of less than 30 nights, we are obliged to make a pre-authorization of € 200 upon arrival as a deposit for possible damage. This amount must be paid by credit card and will not be deducted from your balance but will be withheld from the credit and can only be discounted in the event that any damage has occurred. This deposit will be charged upon arrival at the apartment.

CANCELLATIONS

The pre-payment of the percentage that has been paid at the time of making your reservation, will only be returned as long as you notify us of your cancellation in writing and 30 days in advance.

If the client changes the dates of the reservation, this will be understood as a new reservation and the cancellation conditions will apply.

In case of not being able to offer you, for reasons of force majeure, the apartment that had been reserved by you, we reserve the right to accommodate you in another of similar or superior characteristics; never inferior.

In the event that the client, once in the apartment, wishes to cancel his stay for reasons beyond the control of problems caused by the malfunction of the equipment of the apartment, the amount of the reservation will not be refunded.

CHECK-IN

Check-in time is set at 3 in the afternoon. If the entrance is after 8 pm, an extra charge of € 20 will be made, and if it is after midnight an extra charge of € 40 will be made, to be paid upon arrival at the apartment.

If you want to enter the apartment before 3 in the afternoon, check with us and, if possible, we will manage it so that it is without extra cost of any kind.

Our staff will wait for you at the Chic Rentals headquarters located on Calle Mayor n ° 4, floor 5, door 3 to send you the corresponding keys to your apartment and will explain in detail about the operation of the contents of the house and answer any questions it can have. We also offer the possibility of welcoming you directly to the apartment for an additional cost of 15 euros as long as you notify us with 48 hours prior to your arrival.

CHECK-OUT

The stipulated departure time is at 10 pm. If you wish to leave earlier or stay longer, please let us know as soon as possible to meet your demand, as long as this is possible.

It is very important that when leaving, leave the keys of the apartment on the table and close the door.

If you have any suggestions or complaints, please let us know before leaving to improve our service.

CLEANING

You will find the apartment in perfect cleaning conditions and we hope you will leave it in a reasonable state. The mandatory cleaning cost is variable, depending on the characteristics of each apartment, and is added automatically when making your reservation. If you are going to stay for a long period of time and want to hire an extra or periodic cleaning service, you just have to let us know and we will take care of sending you to our staff. Ask us to know these rates.

RULES

The client who signs the contract is responsible for the correct behavior of all the people who accompany him. If this person or any of the companions do not behave adequately and responsibly, Chic Rentals is authorized to invite the client and their companions to the immediate exit of the apartment, without the client being entitled to any type of financial compensation.

Please keep in mind that any type of party is strictly prohibited. Those customers staying in an apartment of our company should know that in case of complaints from neighbors about unduly loud music, or parties on the property, or in case it has been necessary to call the police, Chic Rentals You will vacate the apartment immediately at any time of the day or night. In that case, you will not be entitled to the refund of the damage deposit or the rental payment.

It is strictly forbidden that the client making a reservation lodges a greater number of people for whom he initially made said reservation without prior consent of Chic Rentals, and may be evicted immediately from the apartment. In that case, you will not be entitled to the refund of the damage deposit, nor the rental payment.

It is strictly forbidden to sublease by the tenant who hires any of the apartments. In the event of this situation, Chic Rentals will immediately evict the tenant, will not make any refund of the apartment payment or damage deposit and will take appropriate legal action.

The tenant agrees to keep the furniture, as well as the content of the apartment in the same conditions in which it was found upon arrival. In case you want to change the disposition of it, you must consult Chic Rentals in advance to obtain its approval. Otherwise, Chic Rentals will have the right to evict you immediately without the right to the refund of the damage deposit or the rental payment.

Chic Rentals is not responsible for the belongings that tenants deposit in the apartments once the rental contract has been signed and the keys to the property have been handed over. For its part, Chic Rentals undertakes not to access the home except for an emergency situation or for the express desire of the tenant to resolve any domestic problem that may occur.

HOW TO PAY MY BOOKING?

The way to guarantee your reservation is to proceed to the payment of the deposit by credit / debit card / Paypal, using our online payment gateway. An effective and reliable method that meets all confidentiality requirements and guarantees maximum security in the transaction.

I CANNOT MAKE THE ONLINE PAYMENT WITH MY CARD, WHAT CAN I DO?

Contact our customer service team to help you process your payment by phone. If you continue to have problems, it may be because your bank has blocked the payment (lack of authorization to make online payments with a currency different from that of the country of origin, limit on the bank account, etc …). Contact your bank and check your account conditions.

THE BOOKING CAN BE PAID BY CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD?

I DIN’T RECEIVE THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL, WHAT CAN I DO?

Make sure you are not finished in the SPAM folder of your email. If you are not there, please contact us.

WHERE DO I FIND THE APARTMENT ADDRESS?

You will find the full address of your apartment in the second confirmation email that you will receive 24 hours (48 hours on the weekend) after you have made the deposit payment. However, you can see the location of the apartment on the map available in the “Location” tab, in the apartment tab.

HOW DO I PAY THE BALANCE DUE?

Payment must be made in cash or with credit / debit card upon arrival at the apartment.

HOW DO I GET THE APARTMENT KEYS?

The keys are always delivered to the apartment reserved by a person from our team that you will have contact details before arriving. The confirmation e-mail that you will receive once the reservation process has been successfully completed will provide you with the exact instructions to follow on the day of your arrival.
