Design apartment next to Madrid’s Gran Vía, that combines all the boho chic flavour of the Malasaña/Conde Duque aera with a modern reform preserving the old elements and combining them with an avant garde interior design to create a comfortable and stylish home. The spacious living room, with two balconies to the street, has a comfy space for chilling out in front of the TV with a large sofa that can be turned into a double bed, and a cheerful dining room for up to 6 people. The living room is open though two columns to a fully equipped kitchen with a island ideal for having breakfast. The bedroom is independant and has a double bed and a flat screen TV.
